This agreement governs processing between the customer (Controller) and NMOS.NET (Processor) under KVKK/GDPR for technical crawl/visitor data. Creating an account or using the service means you accept these terms.
1. Parties and subject
Customer: NMOS.NET account holder who installs tracking on their website.
NMOS.NET: Processor providing crawl analysis.
Subject: Processing of crawler/visitor technical data via meta tag, tracking.js, and pixel.
2. Data categories
- IP address and hostname (rDNS) when available
- User-Agent, crawler type, category, and safety/risk level
- Page URL, status code, visit time
- Verification status
- robots.txt block date, later visits by blocked bots, and violation flags (when recorded)
- If traffic analysis is enabled: visitor vs bot separation plus session / referrer / device info
3. Purpose and instructions
NMOS.NET processes data only to provide the service, reporting, security, and legal compliance.
Customer may only install code on authorized sites and must inform visitors as required by law.
4. Security and sub-processors
NMOS.NET applies reasonable security measures. Hosting and email delivery (e.g. CyberPersons CyberMail or equivalent SMTP/API) sub-processors may receive data as needed; digests may include recipient address and limited report content. Details available on request.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is kept for limited operational periods. After account closure or written request it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention.
6. Breach notification
If NMOS.NET becomes aware of a personal data breach affecting customer data, it will seek to notify the customer as required by law.
7. Term
This DPA applies while the account is active and until deletion processes complete after closure.
