By creating an NMOS.NET account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
NMOS.NET is a SaaS platform that makes search-engine and AI crawler visits to your websites visible. With a meta tag and tracking script, it detects crawl traffic, analyzes it in the dashboard, and reports activity.
The service is meant to help you understand and manage crawl traffic—not to block sites from search results. The platform is currently in Beta and features continue to evolve.
2. Account and access
You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
You may only add websites you are authorized to manage. Connecting someone else’s site without permission is prohibited.
- Keep your credentials confidential
- If you enable optional 2FA (authenticator), keep your secret secure
- Change your password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
- For business use, you confirm you are authorized to act for that organization
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. The following is prohibited:
- Registering with false, misleading, or another person’s information
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, or exploit the system
- Using the service to harm third parties
- Abusing the panel or API with unauthorized automation
- Generating fake crawler traffic or deliberately spoofing verification
4. Scope of service
Depending on your plan and setup, NMOS.NET may provide:
- Crawler detection and crawl analysis
- rDNS / IP verification signals
- Realtime or periodic analytics
- Visitor vs bot traffic separation and page reports
- robots.txt block and violation monitoring
- Optional email digests (bot visits, robots.txt violations, activity; daily / weekly / monthly)
- Optional two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Meta tag / script-based setup
- Technical support via available channels
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis. Current prices and limits are listed on the pricing page and may change over time.
- Free: 1 site, 100 monthly crawls — $0
- Starter: 1 site, 5,000 monthly crawls — $10/month
- Pro: 2 sites, 25,000 monthly crawls — $20/month
- Pro+: 5 sites, 100,000 monthly crawls — $40/month
- Ultra: 20 sites, 500,000 monthly crawls — $100/month

Paid subscriptions may renew until canceled. Payments processed by third-party providers are also subject to those providers’ terms.
6. Data, privacy, and security
Account details, site records, and crawl visit data are processed to provide the service. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Notification emails may be sent via third-party delivery infrastructure; we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Password reset and critical security emails may still be sent even if optional digests are off.
7. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or force majeure. During Beta, feature changes and short outages may happen.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that crawler detection, verification results, or reports will be complete or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NMOS.NET is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption). Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant account in the 3 months before the claim (zero for free accounts).
9. Suspension and cancellation
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
After closure, data may be retained for a reasonable period (typically 30 days), then deleted or anonymized, subject to legal retention duties.
10. Intellectual property
The NMOS.NET brand, interface, software, and content belong to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for use under these terms. Copying, reverse engineering, or reselling the software is prohibited.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will try to notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
