How long does the setup take?
Crawl tracking setup takes only a few minutes. Add the meta tag (and optional script/beacon) to start logging bot visits. This measures crawls; it does not block bots by itself.
Which crawler types can I track?
You can track Googlebot, Bingbot, Facebookbot, Twitterbot and many other crawler types. The number of crawlers depends on your plan.
How many sites can I add with the free plan?
You can add 1 website with the free plan. Choose our Pro or Enterprise plans for more websites.
How is technical support provided?
Email support is available on all plans (business hours). Ultra and Enterprise include priority email support. Phone or live chat is not listed as a standard channel.
